摘要：This investigation was carried out in the rural regions of Denizli's Çameli and Sarayköy districts. Çameli's cultural and socioeconomic level is lower than Sarayköy's. 1181 families from Çameli's rural districts and 1272 families from Sarayköy's rural districts and 1272 families from Sarayköy's rural districts w ere chosen at random as subjects with the help of sampling and data were collected from those families with the method of auestioning for marriage among relatives and the factors effecting this. According to the data, it wasfound that the proportion of marriage among relatives in Çameli's rural districts is % 22,27 whereas this proportion in Sarayköy's rural districts is % 12,89. Also, with the evaluation of these two rural districts, the proportion of marriage among relatives was found as % 17,41. The effect of marriage among relatives on normal and defective children can not be found. it was observed in this two regions that cultural factors are more effective than socioeconomic factors for marriage among relatives. The proportion of marriage among relatives found as % 17,41 for two different rural regions is bigger than the proportion for Aegean region (% 12,8). it is found that the proportion of marriage among relatives is higher in rural districts than the proportion in city centers. it is the same for this investigation. The data got in this investigation was evaluated together with the data got from other investigations in Turkey in different regions of different times.
其他摘要：Araştırma, Denizli iline bağlı Çameli ve Sarayköy ilçeleri kırsal kesiminde yapılmıştır. Kültürel ve sosyoekonomik düzeyi, Sarayköy ilçesi kırsal kesimine göre daha düşük olan Çameli İlçesi kırsal kesiminden rastgele Örneklem yöntemiyle 1181 aile, Sarayköy ilçesi kırsal kesiminden 1272 aile seçilerek, ailelerden anket metoduyla akraba evliliğine ve bunu etkileyen faktörlerin tespitine yönelik veriler toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesiyle Çameli kırsal kesiminde akraba evliliği % 22,27, Sarayköy kırsal kesiminde ise % 12,89 oranında bulunmuştur. Bu iki kırsal yörenin birlikte değerlendirilmesiyle, % 17,41'lik akraba evliliği oranı elde edilmiştir. Akraba evliliğinin normal ve özürlü çocuk sayısı üzerine etkisi tespit edilememiştir. Bu iki yörede akraba evliliklerinin yapılmasında, sosyoekonomik etmenlerden daha fazla kültürel etmenlerin etkili olduğu gözlenmiştir. İki ayrı kırsal yörede yapılan araştırmanın birlikte değerlendirilmesiyle saptanan % 17,41'lik akraba evliliği oranı, Ege Bölgesi ortalamasından (% 12,8) büyüktür. Ülkemizde kırsal kesimlerde yapılan tüm araştırmalarda, şehir merkezlerinde yapılan araştırmalara göre akraba evliliği oranı yüksek bulunmuştur. Aynı durum yaptığımız araştırmada da söz konusudur. Araştırmada sağlanan veriler, ülkemizde bu konuda değişik yöre ve zamanlarda yapılan araştırmaların verileriyle birlikte değerlendirilmiştir.
