摘要:To make a concentrated positioning,a company has to decide the number and the time of the differences to promote for the target clients.A company can subscribe to the idea that the positioning can be made on a double advantage,if that company pretends it is good regarding the two attributes.The intention is to find a niche of specialization within the target segment.This paper will analyze the position strategy,taking as example the case of Elpreco Company.
