摘要：In nowadays community we can clearly see the growth of criminality.Recent data on occured crimes helps to effectively locate a criminal,and inform people of a potential threat.Moreover,this information can be used to allocate problem territories and puposes of criminality.Taking into account that 80% of information on crimes have its'geographical component,the process of defining location will take important part in work of law enforcement agencies.The use of Geo–Informational Systems (GIS) lets effectively put into practice the appropriate actions,thereby building safer society.
其他摘要：В сучасному глобалізованому світі актуальною проблемою є поєднання вітчизняного і зарубіжного досвіду в сфері освіти.Це насамперед стосується демократизації освітньої політики держави щодо навчання і виховання сучасної молоді.Завдання такої демократизації зробити освіту головною ланкою поступального розвитку суспільства.В умовах глобального реструктурування світової системи реалізація цього завдання можлива на засадах партнерства з комерційними структурами.Як наслідок,між навчальними закладами пануватиме конкуренція,яка сприятиме підвищенню якості освітніх послуг.
