摘要：The article approaches the concepts of ethics and management of ethics in teaching institutions,as a part of public institutions.The research methodology uses instruments such as analysis,synthesis,comparison,after a broad study of the professional literature in this area of interest.This paper represents a first stage for a future research regarding the way that ethics is implemented in teaching institutions from Romania.
