摘要:The authors present the analysis of take–off actions of judo competitors who participate in the World Juniors Championships.It concerns the kinds of applied technical elements and the ways of resulting the fight.The research was conducted and 224 competitors and 291 fights were taken into consideration.70 % of thefights finished before the regulation time.The tendency in refereeing has a great influence on the fight tactics and preferred techniques.Thanks to this the combat becomes more spectacular.As a result the throwing techniques dominate and the techniques performed in ,,ne–waza” less and less frequently decide about the result of the fight.
其他摘要:The principle of measuring for competence,rather than inellieice,was first introducedby David McClelland in the 1970s.In its present form,competency mcasurement is a methodof evaluating employees'ability to perform key parts or competencies of their jobs.Competencycvaluation can be a powerful tool for strategic performance management,career advancementand succession planning.The aim of this article is to explain competency management as per–forrmance management tools and pay programs from human resources management perspective.
