摘要：A need to check oneself,to measure one’s weaknesses and to defeat them but also to experience an adventure,to get the adrenalin surging or to set new limits to what is feasable.These are the main motives for which people take up the challenge and practise the extreme games of sports.They sometimes run a risk–even that of losing their life.
其他摘要：In this study the "Servqual Model"",which is widely accepted as the most trus–table model in measuring the quality of services sector,is applied 10 an X hospilalin Turkey.The aim of the study is 10 determine the critical factors for the hospital from the customer–oriented perspective.Fist of all,the Servqual survey was app–lied to 250 patients where only 150 of them were replied uffienly The factorswhich are deternined from the factor analysis are nursing,langibility,dischargeplanning,asswrance and responsiveness and reliability.In the next stage the reli–ability test was applied to each of these factors.1n the last stage the gap analysiswas supported by the control diagrams 80 that,the customer oriented performan–ce of the hospital was exposed.
