摘要：Rational training in judo demands knowledge o f the major indices conditioning preparation on the basic stage.The search for the optimal preparation o f competitors for effective sport rivalry in judo has concentrated the attention on psychological preparation.The autors on the basis o f literature and the data from their own research have presented the possibilities o f preparation to tournaments.The aim o f the research was to estimate the level o f anxiety the master level judo sportsmen.The analysis o f the results indicated that the best competitors in judo are characterized by average intensity o f anxiety.
其他摘要：In organizations,not only the satisfaction in working life but outer workinglife or whole saisfaction from life has an ffect on the motivation of an individualand ambition for work.From this view the subject of "satisfaction obtained fromthe working life and life satisfaction"constitutes one of the most interestingsubjects of the organizational behavior literature.Many approaches have beensuggested,for the relation between satisfaction obtained from the working Life andlife satisfaction.According to some,working life ffects the life satisfactionpositively or negatively,According 10 others general life satisfaction affects thesatisfaction obtained from the working Life Other than these two approachesmentioned before,absence of relationship belween these two concepts is defended,too.When discussing either the satisfaction in the working life ffects the general life satisfaction or vise versa,the only centainty on this matter is the existence ofthe strong relationship between working life and general life satisfaction.In thisessay,the relation between the satisfaction obtain from the working life andgeneral life satisfaction would be handled in a theoretical,frame.
