摘要：Teaching technique and tactics in epee based on different exercises in fencing lessons.The article discusses methodology of teaching technique and tactics in epee,example exercises,types and differentiation o f fencing lessons are given.It shows thirty technique and tactic exercises.First type:the basic,fundamental,classification of fencing actions in lessons.Second type:typical classification o f fencing actions,both based on simple and choice reaction.
其他摘要：Through globalisation,the competition between multinational companies,brought the need for new production technologies,but also the need for newproduction management systems.The production management practices like"internal flexibilitu"and "functional flexibility"in multinational companiespioneered the other companies.These flexible firm practices brought out atypicalemployment forns like "temporary agency work","work on call"and"teleworking". The practice of the new forms of employment,which diverges in many waysfrom standard employment forms,is expanding.Although the non–standardformsof employment have been in practice for a long time,the need for regulationoccurred and also in order to provide the protection of the workers It seems hard for the new Labour Law 1o achieve these two objectives logetherin the situations of informal economy 1 informal employment.
