摘要：Between 14th and 16th September 2007 the International Scientific Symposium on Socio Cultural Values of Sports was held at the Josef Pilsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw.The Symposium was organised under the patronage of Henryk Sozański,Prof.Doctor Habilitatus,His Magnificence Vice–Chancellor of the Josef Pilsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw and Ms Elżbieta Jakubiak,the Minister of Sports and Tourism.The Symposium was attended by more than fifty scientists from Poland,Slovakia and the Czech Republic.The total of 29 papers were delivered of which 14 during four plenary sessions and another 15 during four consecutive parallel sessions.During the Symposium two important initiative meetings were held:the first one on setting up Polish Society for the Social Sciences of Sport and the second one on the International Society for the Social Sciences of Sport with world–wide operations.During the third day of Symposium also a panel discussion (round table) was held on aggression in sports.
其他摘要：Skolastikler,Orta Çağların ticari yayılma dönemi boyunca gelişme gösteren iş anlaşmalarının yeni biçimlerini korumak gayesiyle,iş hayatında giderek artan şekilde benimsenen kazanç güdüsüne hazırlıklı olmak için;tefeciliği Tanrı sözüne aykırı bularak bütünüyle reddetmemişlerdi.Böylece tefecilik yasaklanırken,faiz yasal kılınmıştı.Ödemedeki gecikme,zararı karşılamak için en alışılmış bahaneydi.Eğer borçlu sözleşmede anlaştığı zamanda borcunu ödemez,ödemeyi geciktirirse,alacaklı bu gecikme dolayısıyla uğradığı gerçek parasal zararını karşılattırma hakkını elde ederdi.Damnum emergeus zararın ortaya çıkışı denilen bu ilk durum,bütün otoriteler tarafından kabul edilmişti.İkinci durum ise,lucrum cessans,bir süre paranın sağlayacağı kazançtan yoksun kalınması olarak bilinmekteydi.Lucrum Cessans paranın bir kazanç kaynağı olduğu düşüncesini içermekteydi.
