摘要：The selection of ERP is the first important phase in lifecycle of ERP adoption.It influences the implementation and considers as one of critical success factors.There are six hierarchical important criteria for the selection of ERP in which were developed in this research,covering:quality standard of software product (ISO25010),quality of use (ISO25010),vendor & consultant,fit strategy with delta model theory,the change of management and cost.Expert surveys and one–way ANOVA test were conducted in order to test the validity of the criteria.The result shows that all six criteria above are the important criteria to be considered in ERP selection for automotive industry and have the same importance between each other.

kriteria penting berjenjang untuk seleksi ERP dikembangkan meliputi penggunaan standar
Internasional kualitas produk software ISO25010, kualitas guna ISO25010, vendor-konsultan,
fit strategi dengan teori delta model, manajemen perubahan dan biaya. Survei pakar dan uji
one-way ANOVA dilakukan untuk menentukan validitas kriteria. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa
enam kriteria tersebut merupakan kriteria penting dalam seleksi ERP untuk industri otomotif
dan relatif sama penting satu dengan lainnya.
