摘要：The research aims to analyze the feasibility of the location by considering some criteria such as cost,location and risk from the land purchase project to choose the optimum location for manufacturing facilities,warehouses,and a research and development that can support the growth of company up to 10 years.Object of the research is determining the location of the factory in an industrial park close to the center of the automotive industry using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and sensitivity analysis.From internal analysis determined three criteria:1) location,2) Costs and 3) Risk.An additional 9 subcriteria–1 and 35subcriteria–2 are used to make a clear judgment for respondents.After going through the initial land selection process then selected nine alternative plant sites in industrial park.From the analysis using the AHP ” Expert Choice software” found that the Location criteria has a major effect on the decision making factor compare with Cost and Risk criteria,At the end from the 9 sites listed,AHP selected three most important alternative locations.However,after the sensitivity analysis conducted,the sequences from the top 3 location are changed due to the sensitivity of the weighting cost criteria.
其他摘要：Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kelayakan lokasi dengan mempertimbangkan faktor biaya,
lokasi dan resiko dari proyek pembelian lahan dan untuk memilih lokasi yang optimum untuk fasilitas pabrik,
gudang, dan tempat penelitian dan pengembangan yang bisa mendukung perkembangan perusahaan sampai
dengan 10 tahun ke depan. Obyek penelitian berupa penentuan lokasi pabrik di kawasan industri yang dekat
dengan pusat kegiatan pabrik otomotif dengan menggunakan metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP) dan
analisa sensivitas. Dari analisa internal ditentukan tiga kriteria yaitu 1) Lokasi, 2) Biaya dan 3) Resiko. sembilan
sub-kriteria-1dan 35 sub-kriteria-2 digunakan untuk menjelaskan kriteria tersebut sehingga mempermudah
penilaian bagi responden. Setelah melalui proses seleksi awal maka dipilih 9 alternatif lokasi pabrik dikawasan
industri. Dari hasil analisa AHP dengan menggunakan ” Expert Choice software” didapat bahwa kriteria lokasi
berpengaruh besar terhadap pengambilan keputusan dibanding kriteria biaya dan resiko, akhirnya dari daftar
9 lokasi, dipilih 3 alternatif lokasi yang paling utama. Namun setelah dilakukan analisa sensivitas ternyata 3
urutan lokasi teratas tersebut berubah karena bobot faktor sensitivitas terhadap kriteria biaya.
