摘要：This paper defines e basic notions regarding the discussed subject,i.e."maritime safety”,"maritime security” and "maritime defence”.Besides,basic maritime systems and their functions have been discussed.An attempt is made to introduce a Unified Maritime Safety and Security System as well as its structure and functions.
其他摘要：It was created integrated hierarchical model of the banknote production quality forming allowing defining quality criteria for the Ukrainian hryvnia banknotes production.On the basis of the integrated hierarchical model of the banknote production quality forming it was developed a hierarchical model of banknotes off;set printing quality,selected the quality criteria and established production quality assurance measures for offset printing.
