摘要：The work presents threats connected with the spills of noxious oily chemicals at sea.Physical phenomena occurring during spills are described.Physical and chemical properties of some dangerous substances are listed.The list of dangers posed by these substances (acc.to GESAMP) is included and the methods used for the clearance of spills as well as the duties of ship–owners of ships carrying such chemicals are presented.
其他摘要：There are latest aspects of problems of dampening printing plates in offset printing based on the analysis of the influence of the parameters of plate’s elements,of printing ink and damp2 ening solution components,the state of printing machine,preparation of technological solutions,of their automation and computerization.
