摘要：This paper describes research,done at the Marine Traffic Engineering,Szczecin Maritime University,on optimal solutions to the Pilot Navigation System Presented are guidelines for the construction of an optimal PNS,research problems being solved and methods of finding solutions.Optimal parameters of prototype pilot navigation systems (both stationary and portable) have been defined.
其他摘要：It has been analyzed in the article the concept of coaching as an educational technology student–centred learning, the definition of the concept of coaching in education is specified.We describe the transformation of the teacher’s goals as the coach,the features of the organization of educa tional communication entities and educational process in higher educational institutions with coaching elements.
