摘要：The article presents a simulator for testing the operation of automatic systems controlling ship's movement in situations where a collision is a real threat,particularly in poor hydro–meteorological conditions.The goal of the presented system is to support the navigator in decision making,with possible full replacement of his work in the future.Discussed is a method of determining a safe trajectory for the ship,and controlling its movement along this trajectory.
其他摘要：The modern information space and its components are investi gated in the article.The description of new media and their elements is given,the distinctions between 'new media’ and 'traditional media’ are outlined.On basis of the research of nature and relation of such terms as 'new media’,'social media’,'social networks’ the hierarchy of information space is determined as well as their classification is proposed.
