摘要：This paper presents the methodology of constructing a collision avoidance plot "ship–tropical cyelone".The computational algorithm and its testing results are presented.The tests make use of information from the voyage of the ship"Dianar and weather reports and forecasts on the real tropical cyclone Bill,which moved in August 2009 across the North Atlantic.
其他摘要：У статті досліджуються основні наукові підходи до визначення поняття «якість закону».Акцентується увага на потребі формування критеріїв якості нормативно–правових актів та,зокрема,закону.Аналізуються пропоновані критерії якості закону.Розкриваються властивості закону,які характеризують його внутрішню та зовнішню форму.
