摘要：In the article major factors exerting an adverse impact on the comfort of work have been characterised.Mining plants engaged in the process of coal mining and their working conditions have been characterised.Selected examples of hazards influencing the incidence of occupational diseases have been presented.The results of investigations carried out at selected workstations in a mine,both overground and underground,have been presented.Solutions and measures aimed at reducing the existing threats have been proposed.
