摘要：In the article is given to the analysis of the training system of higher technical education in which stands the development of industrial technology and the arrangement of the new socio–political relations.Given the characteristic of technological ukladìv of humanity and the pace with which humanity is implementing in the real economy the achievements of science and technology.Education and science in the modern world have become a critical element in the system of national security requirements,so that without specialized trained engineers and analysts information,no country has been able to get in the way of innovative development.Done visnvook,information and communication networks and technologies have become strategic resource the development of any country,demonstrating the zagal′nosvìtovu strategy for the formation of a world market of information resources and services.Practice of the establishment of the new information civilization today is seen through computerization of society and the functioning of the global information and communication infrastructures.
其他摘要：В статті дається аналіз підготовки спеціалістів системи вищої технічної освіти в сучасних умовах,за якими стоїть розвиток промислових технологій і облаштування нових суспільно–політичних відносин.Дається характеристика технологічних укладів людства та темпи,з якими людство впроваджує в реальну економіку досягнення науки і техніки.Освіта і наука в сучасному світі стали критичним елементом в системі вимог національної безпеки,тому що без фахово підготовлених інженерів і аналітиків інформації,жодна країна не змогла стати на шлях інноваційного розвитку.Робиться висновок,що інформаційно–комунікаційні мережі і технології стали стратегічним ресурсом розвитку будь–якої країни,демонструючи загальносвітову стратегію формування світового ринку інформаційних ресурсів і послуг.Практика становлення нової інформаційної цивілізації сьогодні розглядається через інформатизацію суспільства і функціонування глобальних інформаційно–комунікаційних інфраструктур.
