摘要：The authors present the method of assessing the percentage of coverage of surface of the river by ice occurrences.This article concentrates on image analysis methods applied to assess the percentage of coverage of a waterway by ice occurrences.A decision,whether to stop navigation depends on an accurate calculation of amounts of ice floe and overall atmospheric conditions.For this purpose closed–circuit video camera images converted with the use of a set of edge detecting filters and subjected to quantitative analysis have been used.The correct assessment of ice occurrences may positively influence the navigation itself,as well as help in planning the use of inland waterways in transportation process.
其他摘要：Undang–Undang Republik Indonesia No.14/2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen menyebut 4 kompetensi guru,yaitu meliputi:kompetensi pedagogik,kepribadian,sosial,dan profesional;keempat kompetensi tersebut merupakan komponen profesionalitas guru;bersama variabel kompensasi menentukan kualitas kinerja.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh variabel profesionalitas dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja.Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah gabungan/campuran (embedded correlational mixed methods approach model) khusus untuk variabel kompetensi kepribadian yang berfungsi untuk mendukung temuan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan expost facto design.Jumlah sampel 76 guru (50%) dari seluruh populasi di Malang Raya.Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi ganda dan sequential data analysis.Temuan penelitian bahwa kompetensi pedagogik,kepribadian dan profesional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru,kompetensi sosial dan kompensasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan.Kompetensi kepribadian dari hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa pada awalnya tidak tertarik menjadi guru,tetapi semakin lama menjadi tertarik dan menyenangkan,sehingga berkinerja baik,hal ini berarti temuan secara kualitatif mendukung temuan pendekatan kuantitatif..
