摘要:Reference system was adapted EVRS (European Vertical Reference System),which is based on the level of NAP (Normal Amsterdam Peil) for the spatial imaging extreme levels of the Baltic Sea.The observational data on sea levels have been converted of the selected 38 stations in each of the Baltic countries to the level of NAP (Normal Amsterdam Peil).The images of the Baltic Sea area were obtained in a uniform reference system,for the example of chosen stormy situation of 1–2 November 2006,and the spatial distribution of the maximum and no maximum sea levels that occurred during the 1960–2010 year.
其他摘要:This research had the purpose to test the psychological empowerment and the affective commit– ment effects on the job sarisfacion and the performance of employees.Respondents in this research were all employees of the Dinas Tata Kota Mataram amounted 10 99 persons.Data were analyzed used Parial Least Square (PLS).Results of this research indicated that psychological empowerment and affective commit– ment had positive and significant effects on the job sarisfaction.The psychological empowerment and the affective commnitment had the positive and significant effects on employee performance and the job saisfac– tion had the positive and significant efcts on employee performance.So with the psychological empower– ment had the significant effct on employee performance wia the job sanisfacion,while the affective commit– ment had no signifcant efct on employee performance via the job satisfaction..
