  • 摘要:Packing and promotional products made by vacuum forming are advertising items that help to promote a brand or a product at the points of sale. The materials selected for manufacturing packaging and promotional products are polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride and polypropylene, sealed using offset printing with folic ink, selected. Representatives of this type of production are bulk promotional packaging, shelftalkers, wobblers, maps, magnets, etc.As a result of the research, the factors affecting the quality of this type of production were analyzed are ranked by the employees of «Publishing advertising center» according to the following theme: «The importance of different factors influencing the quality of packaging and promotional products, manufactured by vacuum forming». There was also the complex quality coefficient of packaging and promotional products presented and an Ishikawa diagram designed.According to the developed causal diagram, the factors that influence the quality of manufacturing packaging and promotional production by vacuum forming were systematized in the following way: materials (26 %), machinery (24 %), technology (21,7 %), metrology (16,3 %), staff (12 %). The quality depends in total on all the parts involved in the manufacture of packaging and promotional products, but according to the expert assessments ranking more influential factors are: printing machine (6,6 %), pre-press machinery (5,7 %), vacuum forming machinery (5 %), the layout original (4,7 %), plates (4,6 %), the method of measurement (4,6 %), measurement tools (4,6 %), test values (4,6 %), offset printing technology (4,5 %), the matrix (4,1 %), the final copy (4 %).The diagram allows detecting the possible causes of obtaining waste at all stages of the production process, analyzing the causes of waste appearance, and finding ways to eliminate it. All this will help to improve the quality of packaging and promotional products manufactured by vacuum forming.
  • 其他摘要:В работе исследованы комплексный показатель качества упаковки и рекламной продукции, которые изготовлены вакуумным формированием, исследована значимость влияния факторов на качество изготовления данного вида продукции методом экспертных оценок и разработана диаграмма Исикавы.
