摘要：In this article the behavior of ink—water emulsion in the printing unit of the offset printing machine is examined respecting the theory of mathematical delays. This process is reviewed considering the fact of stochastic machine start while getting the optimal ink—water balance and also considering the complexity of keeping the balance reached during the print run.
