摘要：Analysis of the book publishing industry development show that, despite the proliferation of electronic information technology, print media remains one of the major media. In modern technologies, production of books and magazines there is an intensive to produce much of publications about glue binding, which is typical for the world and Ukrainian book publishing. This allows you to produce books and magazines with higher productivity, regardless of size and format, a simplified design, apply for its comprehensive treatment of universal or automated production lines with fast changeover equipment.However, books and magazines, which made way glue binding on domestic enterprises, sometimes has a low operating rates, lack of strength and durability that can explain the lack of systematic and evidence-based approach to process control, non technological and operational properties of adhesives with the materials used. Therefore, the survey of properties of adhesive compositions, technology of glue binding, on which you can improve methods of normalization processes of binding the book block spine, improve of glue binding.
