摘要：This paper presents distrubing results of the research concerning students’ knowladge of Serbian language.It is emphasized that more serious consideration should be given to this matter in the process of making curriculum,writing handbooks,and teaching Serbian classes at elementary school level.It is also stressed that consequences of this problem could be far–reaching and have an effect on students’ educational experience.
