摘要：The paper considers particulars of intellectualization of education as one of the state’s important tasks. Basic features of the given process at the current stage of the development are highlighted. Ways of enhancing the participants’ interest in education are proposed and the relating conclusions are made. Recommendations for carrying out an effective state policy in the development of education are given.
