摘要:The importance of intuition and its role in contemporary geometry teaching are discussed in this paper and this issue is particularly pointed at the 10th International Conference of Teaching Mathematics in Copenhagen in 2004.There is more research focused on monitoring development of intuitive develop ment of students as a kind of ability enabling the student to manipulate by the models of geometry figures and to solve given geometrical problems,or to think or imagine an image of a geometry object. Many issues are opened, such as:the issue of neglecting or accepting and encouraging development of intuition in teaching geometry. This problem is particularly enlightened by the views of A.Poankare,P.Van Hill,E.Fishbein and others. There are some significant experiments in teaching geometry described which give answers to still an open question:Intuition–an important starting point for teaching geometry.Atiach’s view has also been pointed at,concerning space intuition and space perception which are important for development of geometry terms and which represent important focal points for teaching geometry. It can be concluded that the term intuition in teaching geometry is necessary to be better researched.
