摘要:Present–day trends in education and pedagogy present new tasks for education institutions which are expected to prepare students to live in an information society.The information–saturated world appears to be in stark contrast with the world of Deaf people.Their cognitive functions hindered by non–availability of auditory canal for reception of information tends to be a great obstacle to participating in a contemporary information society.Therefore,it is of tremendous significance to exploit available didactic innovations to provide equal opportunities for Deaf people and to prevent their social exclusion.One of the methods reinforcing education among Deaf people is SignWriting,that is the notation of signed language.
