摘要：In this paper we intend to present a few concepts related to the theme of our research which focuses on"the organizational discourse"and some of the essen– tial characteristics of organizational discourse.At the same time,we want to demonstrate the functionality and the contribution of the organizational discourse in enhancing orga– nizational performance.
