摘要：We study the relationship between the closedness of public service recruitment system and the corruption rampant between private fims and public ser vants.Empirically we test our claim that the closedness of public service recruitment system tends to heighten the corruption level of each country.Our results show that the closedness is positively correlated with bureaucracy corruption levels indexed by IMD,WEF,and World Bank.
