摘要：Classification of network losses (balance difference) by sources of their origin was presented.It was demonstrated that balance difference is not sufficient to determine the technical losses in the network.Due to measurement errors and errors resulting from energy sold registration systems,balance difference often shows,in relation to actual losses,alternately inflated,underestimated or even negative values.Three methods of calculating actual losses based on reporting were presented.Impact of local energy sources,energy transits,distribution network operator decisions and contractual obligations with some consumers on losses factor were pointed out to.
