摘要：Supply and consumption of reactive power are charged and settled based on readings of kvarh meters.The article demonstrates,on examples,that indications of those meters do not have any connection with the costs of supply and consumption of reactive power.It shows that the currently available measurement technology enables using new generation meters of operation algorithms relating indications to justified costs.
