摘要：ENERGA-OPERATOR SA has introduced changes in the organization and management of network assets,implemented an integrated IT system supporting the management of network assets.The changes above are the basis for further steps in the field of grid management and development.The planned changes are aimed at switching from a traditional grid to a Smart Grid.Two key projects currently being implemented in this area are: the construction of Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and the construction of a Smart Grid.
