摘要：The article views the problems of institutions import into the Russian economy. It shows their evolution,justifies the reasons for the institutions import,and presents criteria for their selection. Much attention is paid to the issue of determining the main means of mutual adaptation of the institutes during importing,as well as the criteria of efficiency of the imported institute. The theoretical and methodological problems of institutions import are confirmed by the examplesfrom Russia reality.
