摘要：This specifically composed work presents fragments of the results of the author's long-term research and reveals the main causes of the critical condition of agricultural-industrial complex. It is proved that they are mainly connected with underestimation of the crucial features of agricultural production,low qualification and incentive of managers of different levels in the production's final results. The author recommends definite measures tested in the Republic conditions,which are aimed at the agricultural production productivity increase.
