摘要：The article views institutional theories of regional economy. By the author,economy clasterization should be referred to institutional theories. The work gives definition of economy clasterization,determines the role of clasters in the large and small enterprises' cooperation$ determines the conditions of claster formation s export locomotive,analyzes the criteria for the clasters' state stimulation,puts forward the issue of private capital involvement into the economy clasterization provision,suggests the possibility of changing the organizational structure of the Republic industry management.
