摘要：The article is devoted to separate aspects of the Policy of Law of the Russian state at the present stage. The author concerns questions of concept and the contents of legal encouragements and their use mainly the Policy of Law. The special attention is given to legal encouragements binding in the law rule structure. The including of legal encouragements for the contents of the law rules sanctions is necessary. The characteristic of a parity of legal encouragements and measures of state coercion is given.
