摘要：In order to form the efficient stock market,which aim is declared in the recent years,it is necessary to reduce the influence of some factors which destabilize this process and are able to significantly decrease the effect of the state regulatory measures. The article gives the analysis of the problems which bar the efficient development of the stock market in Russia,as well as the main reasons for their occurrence.
