摘要：The article presents a model of regulating ancillary services provision in a decentralised manner.A concept of the operation of local markets for ancillary services is presented.Exploitation of the service provision capabilities of recipients,distributed sources,and local system operators is proposed.The role of Distribution System Operators is discussed,as well as of energy traders,as intermediaries in the procurement of regulating services from distributed providers.
