摘要：In this paper,which inaugurat a series of papers on this subject,a concept is proposed of a power system development model with regard to the technological structure of electricity generation in Poland,in the long-term time perspective – until 2060.The model is based on the mathematical structure of the MARKAL optimization package.The paper presents a brief description of the tool used in the model research.In addition,the optimization criterion is described and the structure of the Reference Energy System is presented.
