摘要：The paper discusses the changes in power system operation conditions and associated power transmission system development planning which results with increasing importance of economic and market analysis.Based on analysis of methodologies and computational tools offered abroad in this field on a commercial basis,evidence shows the directions of necessary changes in a development planning methodology in Polish conditions.
