摘要：New Smart Grid technologies allow increasing grid observability and using data for the implementation of new analytical tools.By integrating the available data,the grid management paradigm can be changed,and grid effectiveness increased.The paper presents the results of a 2014 research work into the potential for reducing technical losses in a low voltage grid through reconfiguration and optimisation of the grid operating system.By using data from LV grid monitoring systems and modern computational methods a significant reduction of the technical losses in LV grids can be achieved with no additional capital expenditures on grid development.
