摘要:This study aims to determine the biology learning achievement of student class VIII B SMP Negeri 10 Kupang through peer tutor learning in body movement system at academic year 2012/2013. This research was a classroom action research model of Kurt Lewin conducted in two cycles. Each cycle were consists four phases:planning,action,observation,and reflection. Collection of data obtained by obser- vation and test of biology learning achievments. Data were analyzed descriptively to see activities and students' mastery learning and mastery class. Observations indicate that the average activity of students has increased in the first cycle reaches 2.052 ( enough qualifiers ) and the second cycle reached 3.013 (both qualified). While the teacher activity also increased in the first cycle reaches 73.5 % (both quail- fied) teachers' increased activity presentation on the second cycle to 80 % (excellent qualifications). The test results showed no increase student achievement by 20 %,from the first cycle of students achieving mastery 67.5 % increase to 87.5 % in the second cycle,with average student achievement in the first cycle reaches 73.5 increased to 80.5 in siklus II.
