摘要:The Study was conducted to make integrated science woksheet that can be apllied in "kurikulum 2013” instruction,especially to improve students’thinking skills and students’scientific attitude. The study was a Research and Development (R & D),modified four-D and Borg & Gall models (3-D from 4-D). This research was conducted on July until November 2013. Data were collected by means of appraisal sheet, thinking skills identification sheets and scientific attitude identification sheets. The data were analized by qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show that integrated science worksheet can be applied in "kurikulum 2013” instruction and potential to develop students’thinking skills and students’scientific attitudes in junior high school.
