摘要：This study aims to describe the inheritance of rhesus blood group in patients with mentally disabled (mental retardation) in the village of Karang Poh,Semin,Gunungkidul,knowing the link between inheritance of blood type rhesus with mental retardation suffered by residents in the village of Karang Poh,Semin,Gunungkidul and develop learning modules human heredity genetic material for students of class III is based on the results of studies on the inheritance of blood type rhesus mentally disabled people in the hamlet of Karang Poh,Semin,Gunungkidul. This research includes a case study on the inheritance of blood groups rhesus on mentally disabled (mental retardation) suspect in the village of Poh,Semin,Gunungkidul. The subjects were five families with mentally disabled offspring (mental retardation) that can be traced to three generations (grandparents,mother,child). This study also included exploratory test for learning module genetics in order to determine the level of legibility. This research subject 9 accident sampling. The variables of this study rhesus blood group each family member research subjects and readability level modules. This study was conducted in November-December 2006. The descriptive data analysis techniques. The analysis technique of data using descriptive statistic. The results showed that the blood group of each family member has a mentally disabled offspring (mental retardation),including positive rhesus inherited his parents. Rhesus blood group inheritance in families with mentally disabled offspring (mental retardation) in the village of Karang Poh,Semin,Gunungkidul is not related to the mentally disabled (mental retardation) that they experience. Results of this research when analyzed potential based Curriculum Education Unit and the results of limited testing,can be usedas teaching materials on human heredity genetic material for high school students of class III in the form of learning modules.
