摘要:This study aims to describe students 'errors in solving mathematical problems, which include: the location of errors, types of errors and factors that cause students' errors in solving circle problems. Errors made by students in solving mathematical problems can be identified based on the SOLO taxonomy. SOLO Taxonomy stands for the word "Structure of the Observed Learning Outcome" which means the structure of observed learning outcomes. This research is a qualitative descriptive approach. In this study using a test to categorize students in the five levels of SOLO taxonomy, namely the level of prestructural, unistructural, multistructural, relational, and extended abstract. Based on the results of research conducted in class VIII-D,SMP Negeri 1 Campurdarat found the tendency of levels that meet prestructural, unistructural, relational, and extended abstract. In this study no students were found with a tendency at the multistructural level. Subject errors at the prestructural level tend to make mistakes in understanding the problem, making plans, mistakes in concepts, and errors in principles. Subjects at the unistructural level tend to make mistakes in implementing and completing plans, errors in writing the final answers, misconceptions and principle errors. Subjects at the relational and extended abstract levels, there were no errors in solving problems.
