摘要：The investigation of appellativized units in their functional aspect gives an opportunity to specify the criteria of synonymic differentiation,pointing out the criterion of the inner form of a word. The article dwells on the idea that the aforementioned units can be used as synonyms of different types,and namely,stylistic,semantic-stylistic,semantic and evaluative-stylistic ones.
