摘要:The research aimed to develope metacognition and concept attainment of novice-teacher by problem-based practical of instrument analytical chemistry in UV-Vis spectrometry. Methode of quasi experiment is used in this research. The subject of research was 40 of students as control group and 36 of students as experiment group. Metacognition is determined by using essay test and questionnaire. The attainment concept is determined by using essay test and is analyzed in normalized gain. The result showed that implementation of problem based learning in practical of instrument analytical chemistry increased concept attainment and metacognition of novice-teacher with adequate category. Practical of instrument analytical chemistry based problem can be applied for noviceteacher,upper and lower grade. Novice-teacher gave excellent respond toward applying problem-based practical of instrument analytical chemistry.
