摘要：The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of the use of concept map on the concepts that underlie biotechnology,toward mastery of concepts. Research conducted on students who participating in subject t/Kapita Selekta Biologi SMA 1 and 2 which is discussed five materials/concepts that underlie biotechnology. The effectiveness of the use of concept map was measured by increasing of value of concept map from one concept to the next,and based on test results. The results showed,the mastery of basic concepts of biotechnology was increased as well as the value of concept map.
