摘要：Contemporary societies struggle with the problem of education being inadequate to the reality. The crisis (and,consequently,the deficit) of authorities is present in all levels of education. It seems that the classical vertical mechanism "student-master” should experience a renaissance. Instead of theoretical argumentation,it is worth learning about the case of a particular relationship – between a doctoral student who is a non-speaking autistic person and the promotor who tries to oppose it constructively. Both lawyers (as the cooperation is currently taking place in doctoral law studies) apart from the preparation of the dissertation,are experimenting methodologically,entering the "student-master” relationship with mutual benefit. They are subject to ongoing verification in this area – both domestic and foreign.
