摘要：It is known that some objeet can't undergo any transformation without changing the energy. Mainly, in that case, the challenge in potential energy is always made up by that large, and by the contrary challenge in kinetics energy. An interesting ixample of transforming energy of different types in one another: kinetics energy, potential energy of curved elastic pole and potential energy because of raising the body, happens during the pole vault. Thanks to that transformation and elacticity of pole, that was created by its curving, runner can raise the body on big height. Measuring the energy we can count reached height of center of gravity of the runner's body and than predict possible result of the jump.
